An incredibly beautifully-constructed villa featuring a grand palapa front room with wall-to-wall panoramic views of the beach and sea. Villa Miramar is irrefutably a vision from the heavens. This extraordinary oceanfront home is situated along the coastal beach road, just one-and-a-half miles south of the cliffside ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum and within walking distance to some of Tulum's top restaurants.

This spectacular beach villa will leave you breathless. Walk in and have a view directly through the home to a private swimming pool situated in front of the Caribbean. Enjoy cocktails or a swim and watch the rolling waves. It's about as peaceful and serene as it can get! The breezy, sun-drenched palapa creates the perfect atmosphere for quiet contemplation, romance, or entertaining guests. Go out and soak up the sun, swim in the surf and snorkel one of the best areas in Tulum, or stargaze at night on the deck with the sounds of the waves, the breeze in your hair, and a glass of wine. From upstairs on the other side of the villa, you can often catch a sun setting beyond the vast and lush green jungle. A spectacular sight to see! Or wake early to catch a sunrise any given day from the comfort of the grandiose palapa living room or view it from floating in the beachside pool.

With five king bedroom suites, all with private ensuite bathrooms, the house can sleep ten guests in absolute comfort. There's a large fully-equipped kitchen with commercial stove and center island, perfect for cooking or having our Gourmet Chef whip up some local fare to delight your taste buds. The villa is decorated and designed with a gorgeous mix of ornate finishes, contemporary touches, and key antique pieces of furniture imported from other far-flung destinations.   • Security deposit of $2,000 USD may apply
  • A food deposit of 15 USD per person for groceries is applicable for all chef services. This must be paid upon arrival along with the total fee for the selected services
  • There is a $61 mxn peso National Park fee per person per day to be paid in cash at the entrance of the park
  • The villa is located inside a National Park, therefore, guests are not allowed to bring groceries, alcohol or plastic bottles (strict local regulation)
  • Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed in writing
