Up the external steps, through the herb garden slopes, there is your private front door, and out the back of the villa facing the sea is the spectacular peaceful private terrace. There is a stone built heated pool-jacuzzi, and outdoor lounge and dining area, with table and chairs for al fresco eating and beanbag loungers for sunbathing and siestas under the sail sunshade. The view is mesmerizing, seas, sky, clouds and if the weather is right the outline of Crete on the horizon.
The villa is an open-plan Cycladic designer living space, full of bright white and pale wood tones, the furniture and fittings are top class, with all the mod cons for luxury living. The Profitis Ilias Monastery is on the highest point of the island of the island, 567 meters, on the top of the mountain of the same name.
