The villa is composed of two floors; the ground floor offers a large living room and a kitchen with a dining area. The first floor boasts three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The annex offers an intimate entrance and 130 sqm of surface divided in two floors, composed of a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
