Delfina is an ultra-luxury estate located in the exclusive Peter Bay gated community. This outstanding villa features beautiful stone pillars at the entry. Down a few steps, the villa's main level features Delfina's sitting and dining areas which have large, glass slider doors and screens. The doors slip into the wall which makes the transition from inside to outside seamless. A beautiful, formal dining room seats 14 and connects to the gourmet kitchen and, through a pair of screened French doors, the barbecue and additional outdoor dining area. A circular patio is just off the indoor sitting area, with wicker chairs and ottomans for cocktails with a view.
Opposite the pool is a sheltered wet bar equipped with an icemaker, mini-fridge, fan and chaise lounges for relaxing with your favorite book. There is also a powder room and a hammock on a lawn area. The hot tub offers views and privacy as its located within the hillside. The lovely barbecue area has a gas grill, table for dining outdoors and an umbrella. There is a small office area to the side of the kitchen that is equipped with a PC computer, DSL for your laptop, Wi-Fi, telephone and a fax/printer/copier. A pantry and laundry room is also close by. Another powder room is located below via a few stairs.
A few stairs takes you up to the two bedroom bath suites: the Trunk Bay Suite, decorated in blue and white, and the Leinster Bay Suite, decorated in a very calming citron and black theme. A covered and private balcony peers down into beautiful Peter Bay, a television and DVD player, a DSL connection, bathrobes, mini-fridge and coffeemaker. The suites are separated by a terrace, an area with a TV and DVD player looks out to the back of the villas' gardens.
The luxurious master suite is located above via some stairs. It offers a balcony that offers lots of privacy, there is a sitting area along with a beautiful four-poster king bed. The master bath is decorated with travertine stone sinks, a separate WC with toilet and bidet, and a walk-in closet. The alfresco shower is big enough for two, and looks out to a cluster of trees. Two more bedroom/bath suites are located between the villa's main level and the entertainment level.
These suites are joined by a sitting area which is lined by gardens. The Bordeaux Suite is decorated in light green with a queen bed, the pink Coral Bay Suite offers a king bed. Both suites have a private terrace, a TV and DVD player, a DSL connection, bathrobes, and a mini-fridge and coffeemaker. The villas lower level is where the fun begins, there is a pool table, wet bar, icemaker, mini-fridge and TV, and a full bath with a shower.
The media room is connected and offers comfortable chairs along with a 50-inch flat screen HDTV, DVD player, plenty of books, board games for all ages, and an extensive movie and music collection. Next door to the media room is another entertainment center with an Xbox, an electronic dartboard, pinball machine, TV and DVD player. For up to four children under 15 years old, there is a double-twin trundle bed and a queen sofa bed - perfect for the kids!
