*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

Construction of a new villa has started in lower Peter Bay as of winter 2014. Although the building site cannot be seen from the Villa, guests may hear sounds and witness some activity in conjunction with the project.

2B at Peter Bay is a seaside villa beautifully located on the lower hillside of the ever popular neighbourhood of Peter Bay. The villa sits an unbelievable 50 feet above the sea and is built upon multiple levels which allows for a view of the ocean from every room with tranquil calming breezes.

A terrace surrounds three sides of the top level of the villa, with one side offering a gas grill and wine cooler. There are two short steps that will guide you to the magnificent pool and deck area where there are chaise lounges and a small table just for two. A staircase gently leads the way to the next level which offers a lovely stone terrace and a large hot tub for eight.

A few more steps takes you to the private overlook of "Anniversary Point". This special point has great significance to the villa owners' as they discovered the point on their 25th wedding anniversary. This romantic point is truly one of a kind, it was designed for quiet and special moments for two. A lighted stone path then leads down to a secluded balcony which sits 10 feet above the calming waves. At night, close your eyes and hear the waves gently crashing ashore, or enjoy the peaceful scenery of the ocean. A few steps beyond the secluded balcony takes you directly to the gorgeous white sands of Peter Bay Beach.

Extra Services:

  1. -St. John Arrivals: You are required to phone your contact person before you board the ferry from St. Thomas to St. John, so they will know what time and at which dock you will be arriving so they can meet you there promptly. Please travel with all island contact numbers.
  2. -You'll be met upon arrival at the ferry dock OR at your car rental agency and led to your property. When you arrive at your property, you'll be given the keys and a walkthrough of the property to help get you settled and comfortable. You will also be given an island orientation so you can get around. *There is no extra charge for these services, although a tip for your escort is at your discretion. You'll be given an island manager's phone numbers for contact during your vacation.
  3. -Transportation back to the airport or ferry dock upon your departure is NOT provided. Please be sure that you rent a vehicle large enough for your entire party plus your luggage. Island rental cars are usually small compact models, and jeeps will hold four passengers but little to no luggage. Please plan accordingly
  4. -Car rentals are highly recommended. If you choose not to rent a car for your arrival, then you must pay a taxi to take you and your luggage to your property. Property managers and escort staff cannot carry guests as passengers due to liability insurance restrictions.
  5. -Gated community
  6. -Additional maid service visits are $20 per hour with a 4-hour minimum (subject to change)
  7. -Concierge: can arrange car rentals, massage, grocery provisioning, chefs, marine activities (SCUBA, snorkel, day sails, etc.) and just about anything else you can imagine - before and during your stay!
