This holiday retreat elegantly sits on top of a tranquil hill overlooking the stunning bays of Falmouth and English Harbour. The views are amazing: blue waters, green hills, the bays with mega yachts that come in and are moored at the marinas. The villa can be enjoyed as a Bed & Breakfast or as a self-catering holiday villa. The Italian owner will be happy to cook any meals for you upon request.

English Harbour comprised Nelson's Dockyard which was the headquarters of the British Leeward islands fleet during the late eighteenth until mid-nineteenth centuries. It is the only remaining Georgian dockyard in the World and where the restored buildings still reflect the naval heritage of English Harbour. You will also find the Dockyard Museum, various restaurants, banks and local souvenir shops. Nearby activities include scuba diving, fishing tours, boat rentals, sailing, tennis, squash and horseback riding. It is also the best area during the high season for nightlife events as it offers bars, pubs and clubs.

The villa includes: six bedrooms, six bathrooms, living room, internal and external dining room, kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, expansive deck area, pool, lounge chairs and BBQ area.

B&B OPTION:

  1. If you wish to stay at this property as a B&B accommodation (upon availability), all the common areas are the exclusive use of the guests, while the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the owners. Daily breakfast will be served on the main terrace, overlooking the splendid Falmouth Harbour.
    *B&B Accommodation includes Breakfast, daily room cleaning and small laundry service.


SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY:

  1. If you wish to stay at this property as a self-catering accommodation (upon availability), all the areas of the property are the exclusive use of all guests.
