Villabu is a 3 bedroom split-level villa compromising 395 square meters of covered space with a separate Guest Cottage. There is an infinity pool offering views of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful barrier reef. External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blends naturally into the environment and gives you a feel of being surrounded by nature.

Through the main entrance and foyer enter into the large great room with beautiful views of the turquoise sea. Relax in the air-conditioning or open the huge stackable glass sliding doors which when fully open captures the prevailing tropical trade winds of this undiscovered paradise. The well appointed spacious kitchen comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances, conveniently located off the kitchen are the laundry room and service bathroom. Three steps up from the great room is a private media room adjacent to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a sizeable walk through closet and is set up to enjoy the picturesque scenery of the ocean and The Grenadines Estate Golf Course. A few steps down from the great room are two more bedrooms which both have en-suite bathrooms, large closets and a private veranda overlooking the lush landscape of the golf course.
