NOTICE:

*The Calabash Hotel will close for the season from 19 Jul/15 and reopen 3 Oct/15 - during this period the villa will be available, but not the facilities at Calabash.

Hummingbird Villa offers a spacious retreat, accommodating up to 10 guests in an expansive 5 bedroom estate. The villa, designed by Vincenzo De Rosa, has been built to a very high specification and was completed in 2005. The tastefully decorated interiors are complimented by feature furniture and artwork.

There is a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room and leading to the dining room; it opens to the lounge and television room. The cloakroom and two bedrooms also surround the courtyard. The master bedroom, with an office area, is located on the east side of the property. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms. The lounge and dining room lead to a covered patio, a sunny pool deck and a gazebo, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining.

Note: a rental vehicle is recommended.

  1. -Amber Belair is a security guarded gated community and offers a variety of recreational facilities within its unspoiled nineteen-acre site and you are also a guest of the 5 star Calabash Hotel just across the bay-enjoy the privacy of your own villa while benefiting from the use of the hotel's facilities
  2. -Various extra services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs, waiting staff etc. - please inquire ($)
  3. -*Please note that the housekeeper is not a trained nanny and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk
