Designed by the late Arne Hasselqvist of Mystique Villa's fame, this elegant 3-bedroom villa offers sophisticated comfort from its convenient seafront location.

As a guest of Swallow Villa, you are also a guest of the 5 star Calabash Hotel, located just across the bay. Enjoy the privacy of your own villa while benefiting from the use of the hotel's facilities; the best of both worlds.

  1. -Amber Belair is a security guarded gated community and offers a variety of recreational facilities within its unspoiled nineteen-acre site and you are also a guest of the 5 star Calabash Hotel just across the bay-enjoy the privacy of your own villa while benefiting from the use of the hotel's facilities

  3. -Check in is at Calabash, and then when you arrive at Swallow Villa, your first evening's dinner with wine will await you as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items.

  5. -*Please note that the housekeeper is not a trained nanny and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk


Staff Details:

  1. -Merle is the villa's housekeeper and cook and is on hand daily from 8am to 4pm to prepare meals and to make your holiday in Grenada relaxing and carefree.
  2. -Merle is also available for babysitting and can stay late at weekends at an additional hourly rate.

  1. -Children welcome in the Villas all year however Calabash Hotel only allows children over 12 years from 15 January-15 March (children of all ages during the rest of the year)
  2. -Children under the age 18 years not allowed in the exercise area.

  4. -No smoking is permitted inside
