The spacious and breezy villa with its rooms connected by large wooden decks and gardens has a beach access onto beautiful Sandy Point Beach. The ample sundeck and the large overflowing swimming pool of 1400 sq. feet are the keys of the villa popularity. The villa was completed two years ago, is French owned and has been constructed by architects and designers from St. Barths.
Below the swimming pool overflow, a small and separate sundeck, overlooking the sea, will guarantee your privacy.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen completely open on the outside wooden deck and on the large lunch deck. Kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, gas cooktop, wine cellar, dishwasher and of course blender, toaster, coffee maker, bread machine, mixer..everything you need for a perfect vacation.
