• A security deposit of $1,500 USD may apply instead of the $199 mandatory insurance
• A $1,000 USD cash food deposit for groceries is required on arrival

• For guests above double occupancy an additional guest fee of $90 USD plus taxes per person, per night is applicable

• The villa has 7 full bathrooms, 2 single toilets in the yoga studio and 4 single toilets in the pool/palapa area

• The villa is solar powered and has a generator for back up, because of this the A/C is only available in the bedrooms for night time use *6pm – 7am
• The kitchen is for staff use only but there is an area for guests to get own snacks and drinks as well as full time staff on duty in the kitchen and bar areas throughout the day
• Events accepted with villa rentals only *3 nights minimum required.
